HK DAY 3.

HK DAY 3 was a day specially for mummy.
she had been complaining since day 1 we arrived in HK that i had been shopping way too much.

so it was a sight seeing day for her!

decided to wake up early to visit the much raved Australia dairy farm for breakfast

i soooo love the macroni... though mum kept saying she can cook this easily at home.

after breakfast, we went down to Ping tung 360.

it was a long cable car unexpectedly. i thought it was just a 10 min ride... i remembered it was nearly 20 mins. and it was at a high level, so the temperature got lower as we go higher.

can u see the buddha statue behind us?
we managed to climb up to get upclose with it.

along the way, made a wish at the wishing tree.

climbing up the long stairway.

after that walked back to the starbucks nearby to rest.
the starbucks there were having a promo.
free drink with every tumbler bought. thats where i got my tumbler now!

when we headed back, it was nearly dinner time. so we went to have dinner near jordan and shopped around temple street nearby

shared this huge portion with mum. it tasted normal for a HK meal.

temple street was disappointing. there was nothing to get.
totally nothing.

we went back to the hotel and changed for the night view at the peak.
we took a cab down because all of us were super tired.
i thought it would be super cold, and brought a jacket up.
however, it was just a normal night temperature in HK.

the night scene in HK is not something WOW.
cause i think MBS has nicer night scene eh!

after the peak, we went to the ladies street again for shopping.
i didnt get much stuffs. only stuffs for gfs.
and we went to do massage. omg! i love massage now!
my back and shoulder were aching like bitch before the massage.

Exams breaks

Having exam from next week onwards!

Wont have the time to be here pen-ing down my thoughts and blogging. I am afraid of losing my passion for this. I dun have time to keep up with this.

After the call last night, he enlightened me. And I started to think my life is not an open book. It's hard to express those emotions within me deep down. Maybe it's time to keep a diary.
I used to have a book, where I wrote down my favourite lines in the movies, meaningful quotes that I got somewhere, my favorite poems all written down in that book. I should go dig this out...

Meanwhile, I just need to continue revision now and have fun during the weekends!!! I need a break.. Badly.

Hong Kong day 2

its HK day 2.
the day that i got super home sick, missing daddy and boy.
and i got super horrible sun burn! :(

was all prepared to get out for breakfast before our coach came to pick us up for ocean park.

breakfast was just opposite our hotel.
i think the food there quite nice.
we kept going back there during our 5 days in HK

dun get shocked with the amt we ordered just for breakfast.
in hk, so DIM SUM a MUST!!!

chee chong fun- i prefer sg's taste

2 bowls of century egg porridge. its real THUMBS UP!

and sesame paste for dessert.

after that we went back to hotel to wait for the coach to pick us up!

we stayed near the central, so its rather accessible everywhere.

the weather that day was crazy. i think 33degree Celsius?
sun burn totally!!!
poor mummy had a bad sun burn on her face..

sunglasses on to keep my eyes open.

there is the land and the sea section in ocean park.

however, i dunno how sway can it be for us that day.
most of the rides were either under maintenance or closed.
and we only spent 4 hours there? apparently we only took 3 rides??
crazy!!

took the mine train.
even since i took the battlestar in USS, i got phobia in rollercoaster man!

we just gave up in ocean park and we headed off for shopping...

we took the MTR to causeway bay to search for agnes b cafe. after spending fews days in hk, i realised there are quite a no of agnes b cafe in HK. not just in causeway bay.

we ordered 3 slices of cakes to try.
price of the cakes were rather reasonable. like 6 bucks?

and a hot chocolate to go along with the desserts.

after our tea break we went to popular districts like the ladies market, times square and H&M in mongkok.

bought a number of clothes from H&M before they arrived in SG.
seriously over-rated scene in singapore for H&M's opening.
bought alot of bargained goods from ladies market too.

dinner was at tai ping guan.

ordered pigeon? i think. my aunt can have this every meal!!

dun really like their non-chinese cuisine. cause it taste soooo bland and normal.
just stick to dim sum or traditional hk food will be better.

oh.. and i save my stomach for the street food in ladies market.
i ate smelly tofu and the highly recommended fishballs!

my supper! :P

headed back around midnight where most of the stalls were closed.
i kinda like HK's late night shopping!
