decided to meet up with coli and soulmate last sat!
it was just a random get-together because i was still thinking whether to go the day before and it was rather early.
both of them were late. one woke up late another i dunno.
and i ended up waited for both of them nearly 45 mins in the train stations.
the 3 of us went to taka for some vesak day thingy..
joined in since coli had some voucher and mum encouraged me to.
saw my sec sch frens there like ruohan, marc and tony!
ate vegetarian lunch over there
and i got myself sushi
after the mini event, coli went off for her revision for exams.
and then left me and soulmate.
we decide not to spend too much time and money on shopping that day.
but that day i got myself a face brush from body shop from the 10 dollor voucher..
loving it still...
then we from ps go down to clarke quey.
soulmate wanted to take a look at this...
yes singapore first heritage wedding musuem
its the traditional chinese culture wedding that caught soulmate's curiousity.
ended up, we didnt pay to enter.
the entrance fee is 3 bucks
but its a small area for viewing.
not worth and its werid for 2 ladies to go in together.
after that we decided to do some sight-seeing in sg.
we wanted to walk to bugis for STAGE SALES.
and i forgot ION had it.
but anyway, we were lost along the way.
and we ended up in...
yes the asian civilisation museum.
took a break there.. and got some pic.
2 figures outside the musuem
its such a warm weather...
and we continue to walk along the way to bugis,
super tiredd!!
while trying to find our way to bugis,
unintentionally, we saw IR.
and we decided to go see the bridge only.
just the bridge
beautiful scenary.
and i can foresee how beautiful singapore will be once everything is up
town is already almost completed,
with ION and somerset 313..
u can see the hustle and bustle of city life.
now its left the IR, which is a big opening to sg's economy esp.
and not forgetting we had our own sentosa, universal studio!
indeed a small country that dreams big
this is the helix bridge in marina bay sand.
i think its a big disappointment.
there was a grand opening the week before, and guess what, the bridge was not even completed fully.
its just half of the bridge that u can walk.
why opened a grand opening for a half completed bridge.
just like the marina bay sand.
why so hurry to open it when everything there are not fully operational.
u heard complaints on toilets unable to flush, electricity supply cut off etc.
why rush?
why not give a grand opening, leaving people with a BIG WOW instead.
instead now, we do receive a big WOW from the complaints when this marina bay sands was supposed to be a grand thingy.
anyway,,,,,
we went to get ourselves a drink to hydrate ourselves from the terrible weather.
but the bridge is indeed artistic.
nice view of the bridge and the IR
ended up we decided to follow with the crowd.
we walked into IR for curiousity sake.
and we reached.
inside the IR.
where i dare say 90% of the shops are still under renovations
and most of the crowd are of course heading towards....
yes the casino..
too bad...
both of us were still UNDERAGE
nothing much to shop inside.
many just go there for the sake of betting on their lucks.
and i would say, the security guards there were rather strict.
proper attire is a must!
saying goodbye to IR,
after an hour plus there, we decided to head down to BUGIS.
finally.
we decided to take a bus down to bugis.
we did not have much energy to continue finding our way to bugis from IR.
and while waiting for the bus..
and headed down to the STAGE SALEs.
tempted to get the pretty nude pink lip gloss.
but my lips have naturally redness on it.
alright, i save money on my lip colour.
no need lip stick or lip gloss.
i got their mascara, and concealer and lip stick for my mum.
tempted to get their make up remover and loose powder.
anyone can tell me if its good?!
