Changi Airport with SBF!

it was the first trip that the whole BCM dept went out for an 'excursion' together.
its good that once in awhile, we left office, walked around and understand how some jobs work.

headed down to changi airport by cab!

had fish and co for lunch! it was 9.90 nett lunch promo

was recommended to try on the calamari.
it was not too bad!! my first time trying it!

me and faith was quite full because we had ate some light meals in the earlier event.
therefore we shared half a meal of fish and chip!
and i still had problem finishing it.

the girls

 and the guys

 the BCM team

while waiting for our d.director to join us for the mini excursion.!

and in this excursion, i sort of understand better how the whole airport works.
i was indeed impressed by it, knowing that terminal 3 has no lights at all, depending most of their light from the natural light.
understood how the baggage system work behind the scene too.

its just some things that you and i would never know if we are not working in the airport.

look!! i am in changi airport t.3 and its so bright!!!

ended work early that day!! cause we can leave at 4 plus nearly 5.
still early!!!

but i still took some time to reach home of course!!!

trained back with es and faith!

hope to have another outing soon!

It's MY graduation

yes i am officially a diploma graduate

before the day of graduation, i keep thinking whats the big deal of graduating, its just another phrase of life that everyone is going through

but looking at the video in the grad ceremony, i finally understand the importance of graduation.
it's indeed a new phrase for most of us.
be it the career or us furthering our studies.

the video showed me how early i had woke up for the past 3 years for sch, walking that NYP tunnels, attending lectures, trying to skip tutorials, didnt do my tutorial hmwk etc. and of course i had my VE occupying my mondays too!

anyway, met dale and wanqi to go sch together.
and i was late sorry!

went to sch sligthly earlier to catch up with the wildcats in the earlier part of the day's graduation, who were wen xin and bienna

the wild cat-women!

i just look like a normal OL going to my office on a weekday again!

took with bienna!

and Wen XIN!!! who might be going overseas studies soon in the states!!!

saw wan din! who is my sec sch fren

and Huiying who is my PRI sch fren!

and the wildcats without jorge and wen jie

after tat saw jean and we went to do our registration first.

with pearlyn

with DALE!!

THE HR LADIES GRADUATED!!!

inside the auditorium, waiting for the ceremony to start.

it was kinda long process. with 400 + students graduating.
and its according to your names, and i was like the 200+ student i guessed.

and its so werid sitting beside the ppl u were not sure of, and dale was sitting 2 seats beside me but its seemed very far...
worst.the reception inside was horrible.

up on the stage, getting my cert from the SBM director.

after the whole ceremony, of course it was the photo-taking time,
capturing the last few memories i had in sch

with my parents along with my brother who attended the ceremony!

took with cor!

shu ai!

shu xin!

3 years of classmates with these girls!

and Lin Long came down to find us!
so nice of her!

with dale again!

Ms tan who had taught me HR for 2 years!!!

the ladies! who i had spent most of the time with in sch!!
they are the main ppl in my poly life!
glad to know them since year 1!!
though we will might not be in the same sch! but we gonna take a point to meet each other once in awhile to catch up!!

he is the one guy friend that i can confide my problems to! he is super nice! and is there for me when i needed it! though he always call us ASS HOLE! but i know he dun meant it!! he is a GREAT fren!

of course my family!
they are the most impt ppl in my life. they gave me the best educational guidance in life.
apparently they were more excited bout the graduation ceremony compared to me.

i wont complain much bout NYP cause its the nearest poly from home.
its accessible, and got variety of food, etc.
nothing much i can complain
NYP is just one part of my memory!
and all of us have to move on to our next route in life.

graduated from NYP!
goodbye NYP!
thanks for the wonderful memories that i had received.
i had made good friends inside, graduated with a diploma, and experiences that i wont get else where.

no dinner today! :(

was supposed to blog this entry through my iphone, but apparently it doesnt seem to upload for me..

good food again. this entry was written on the way back home in my dad's car.

so far the week has been going not too bad,

my colleagye Esmond, had came back from China.
got a pleasant surprise to see a bag of china goodies on my table when i reached office on monday!:)

does this chicken rice look tempting?

its actually from town.
Please dun tink that town's food is just restuarant that is delicious.

in fact this chicken rice stall is located at centre point foodcourt.
yes centrepoint foodcourt. in case you dunno, centrepoint had just openly their foodcourt, located at basement 2.

this chef who opened this chicken rice store is actually a celebrity  chef. he did appear in jiang tang da xing dong. and he opened a stall to give the public a cheaper and yet delicious chicken rice instead of the one in those hotel, which charged at an exorbitant price.

my recommendation will be to eat the breast meat. its meat is very tender!!! love it

well at thiong barhu market, there is still a 2 bucks char kwey tiao.

cockles are still given generously!

although the portion is still quite small, i think its worth to pamper youself with this oily plate of noodle once a while.

u find something special in the fishball noodle?

yes, its the chili gravy on the noodle.
LOOK at the redness of it.
its state as a traditional noodle and long queues formed each time i visited them.

the chili is the special recipe that make everyone drools. the chili is not that spicy, but it has the sour and sweetness of it inside too.
i love the chili, i believe most of their patrons love it too.

similarly located at thiong barhu market too!

i dunno if most of you know, i dun fancy eating wanton  mee.

however this stall attracted me with its daily long queue during lunch hours.

i tired it. and no char siew for me. i dun fancy them. instead i ordered the dumpling noodles.

the yellow noodle with the black sauce made me want more!! there is no strong smell or taste of the yellow noodle/ flour.

its one of the wanton mee that i am willing to have it for my meal!

and it locates near my office!! at tajong pagar food market! :)
