pre-xmas shopping part 1

 

if one ask me which is my favorite xmas tree i will say is this!

the Ferraro Roche chocolate xmas tree! 

sooo pretty. 

yupp. its not the xmas mood now to be in! its the countdown 2011!!

met mum and bro on my last day of sch and we headed out.. 

went to MDIS to do my bro enrollment stuffs first and i bought koi for them ok!!! 

i need to try on new favours. i hate myself for sticking to the same old favours each time. 

haha! my matured brother. who people dun believe he is younger than me!! 

we wanted to have lunch buffet instead in town, but when we reached town, it was already tea time. we had no choice but to settle for some small bites along the way. 

shopped around town, but there was no sales. 

and yet town was still super crowded and packed. everyone buying their last min xmas gift!! 

it actually makes me miss those times when everyone will gather to exchange gifts. and i used to get lots of barbie dolls for my xmas pressies! 

now all grown up. i cant get those beautiful colourful toys.

it was friday night.. and lots of restaurants were packed.

i was determined to have soup restaurant!! 

healthy and yet filling. 

 

my must-order tokyo chicken stew. 

super love it. 

i still ask my mum to taste and remember the ingredient so that she can cook for me back home.

so how was everyone xmas?

finally the ladies met up. 

but unfortunately, amelia couldnt make it last min. 

had no choice and the plan went ahead. 

 

had school that day, and it was free starbucks day. ended early in sch, and therefore decided to head over to a starbucks with no crowd. Shu Juan joined us. 

we headover over to the tajong pagar starbucks. and surprisingly there wasnt much crowd though queue had already formed. 

 and we queue for 15 mins and it was 5pm, the queue finally moved. 

i tried on java chip for the first round. yup! first round. 

and we chose to dine inside starbucks too while looking at people getting their drinks. but still alright, cause around 5.15 there isnt any queue anymore.

ya! we were still not contented. we decided to go for 2nd round. 

at first we were too paiseh to do that. but there isnt any queue forming. so why not go try another favour.

this time i tried the green tea ice blended

and i love it. though the other 2 girls dislike that taste.

but i still love it so much.. so much so i had craving few days later.

after our 2nd round, the ladies reached tajong pagar and we went over to meet them. 

shu xin came earlier and get a free drink too. 

we wanted to eat red pig restuarant at amoy street. ended up it was fully booked. 

we had no choice and roamed around sourcing for food! 

sound poor thing huh... 

and worst, it was drizzling.... 

finally settled down at a chinese/jap/china resturant at UE square.

it had been some time since the ladies met up. so we caught up with each other life. esp sch life. 

we are in the same sch yet we seldom meet each other in sch

everyone was having ramen that night. and i tried on shabu shabu 

super big portion and super worth it!

i couldnt finish, therefore shu xin and wan qi were helping me!

its CHRISTMAS!!! 

how is everyone spending their xmas? 

house parties?  clubbing? or just a simple dinner with your love ones? 

town had been packed for the past few days. 

crazy crowd all rushing to get last min stuffs. 

i am thinking of snacking of tidbits, exchanging gifts, open our own bottle of champagne in a room, watching video etc.. so simple huh.. 

hahha

all excited for this xmas. 

and i am sick of town. 

where am i going to celebrate???!!!
